Homeware retailer Dunelm is opening the doors to its new Weymouth store today, Thursday 17th November!
The premises has opened up in the Weymouth Gateway area and has created 42 jobs.
The store opened at 9.30 am this morning with staff handing out bacon rolls to the first 30 people in the queue.
The first 50 customers through the doors all received an ‘exclusive’ goody bag. Those who arrived a little later didn’t miss out though, with 20 golden tickets, ranging £5 to £20, hidden around the store for customers to hunt for and redeem throughout the day!
Store manager Linda Bloor said: “We’re so excited to be opening our new Dunelm Weymouth store. The team will be working incredibly hard over the next few weeks to get everything set up and ready and we can’t wait to welcome the local community into our amazing new home.”
