A man suffered a cardiac arrest in Tesco on Dorchester Road, Weymouth on the 29th of September; spiking a huge response from emergency services.
An Air Ambulance landed at a nearby field close to Lodmoor.
The store was closed for around two hours after the incident had taken place, opening back up at around 20:30 for customers.
At one point, police officers had to manage traffic flow as an ambulance was partially blocking a lane to gain access to the store.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 17.44hrs on Thursday 29 September to an incident in Weymouth. We sent two double-crewed land ambulances and an air ambulance. We conveyed one patient to Dorset County Hospital by land ambulance.”
